Cabo San Lucas - Saltwater Fishing Report

Our report is compiled from the catches of our fleet.

The bite continues to be over the Gordo Banks and the 1150 Spot. With the daily SE and SSE winds pushing the warmer, blue water our way, the Dorado and Yellowfin Tuna bite definitely picked up. As the week closed the Striped Marlin bite was the best it's been in a long time. We also released our first Blue Marlin of the season this week.
June 7th. proved to be a great day for Mr. Folse and his Family aboard our beautiful 40' Cabo Flybridge "Caliente" with Captain Jaime "The Hook" Gonzalez at the helm. The crew provided non-stop action releasing 4 Striped Marlin and boating 4 Dorado. Fleet production was 6 Striped Marlin and 9 Dorado.
The Striped Marlin bite continues to impress with lots of fish being sighted and our crews are able to find some hungry fish. Our boat of the day is our fast 35' Cabo Express "SALSA" with Captain Juan Carlos "Brincos" Lopez at the helm. June 9th. produced our first Blue Marlin of the year for our charter Mr. Hightower and his friends. They ended up releasing 1 Blue Marlin and 3 Striped Marlin. Fleet production was 1 Blue Marlin, 4 Striped Marlin, 2 Wahoo and 1 Yellowfin Tuna.
June 10th. was a great day for Mr. Miller and his friends aboard our fast 32' Cabo Express "Picante Express" with Captain Antonio "Nino" Romero at the helm. After releasing a Striped Marlin first thing in the morning a huge school of porpoise was located by the crew and the Yellowfin Tuna were with the porpoise. They charter ended up boating 10 of these hard fighting fish.
