Fish don't bite to good at the house.

Biloxi Bay - Saltwater Fishing Report

Fish don't bite to good at the house. 9-5-2011
Man, that WhipaSnapa Charter Boat, out of Biloxi, Ms., bout to go into boating withdrawals!! Them winds been keeping us home for 2 weeks now. Last weekend did get out to the rigs one day out of 3. Sunday Mr. Brad Trussell an crew had a quite breezy start. With north wind to our back it was a decent ride out. And the winds laid just in time for the ride in. We did fairly well on some nice amberjacks, currents finally slacked up. But the water clarity is even worse. I don't know, but we managed a limit on the amberjack. Some real nice white trout, a few other string pullers and a couple huge 200lb bull sharks. WOW!!!
But ol Tropical Storm Lee has really put a damper on things this week/weekend, what some rain! and howling winds increasing the seas to 15ft or so. That's not good on the pocket book cause just can't seem to stay out them boating supply stores, but when this weather breaks we got some new fishing weapons to try out. :-}
Don't forget the Grouper Season coming up and the return of the fall Cobia run. Amberjack should stay strong and hopefully the mangrove will come back and play some more. (Not sure what's happened to them)just don't know, not even seeing them, like they just vanished. The reds, sharks, trouts and others should stay strong and actually increase out around the Islands.
Bay probably going to get flushed out (with the rain) but the outskirts (of the Bays) should be strong on drum, trout and flounder among others.
So come on down and see what you can catch!! Oh and another thing----

Doing a $200.00 off trip on our WhipaSnapa Charters facebook page, guess the score for the saints/packers game (this Thursday) correctly an win. Just that easy

Whatever you care to pursue, Smiles await you aboard the WhipaSnapa Charter Boat!!!

Good luck and God Bless All!
