limited out on 30 pound redfish .Trolling with spoons fifteen foot leader 100 pound test.use number 3 planer or number 2 planer .west tip of ship island west side of channel by large range marker . mackeral were so thick was catching them on all 5 lines trolling a small 2 to 3 inch chrome clark spoon .40 pound dark green monofilament leader 15 foot .behind a small number 1 planer or large trolling weight.If you have an outboard motor instead of inboard.anchor and use carolina rig live croaker or manheaden for the redfish. beware giant blacktip sharks .Also lost a 25 pound king mack at the boat.He cut the mono leader 100 pound test.
