Montana fly fishing forecast

Brian McGeehan
December 26, 2010
Bozeman - Freshwater Fishing Report

Cold weather fishing is upon us. The last week or so has provided mild winter temps with highs in the 30s and fishing the Gallatin and spring creeks has been good.

Bozeman Fishing Forecast:

Our snowpack is in good shape at this stage of the winter. Most of our local watersheds are reporting 120% of average. Although we have a lot more winter left, it is nice to know that we are off to a good start. The last few years have provided great water and the fish are as healthy as ever.
