The Jeff is starting to clear and drop.

Capt. William De Shaw
July 2, 2009
Jefferson River - Freshwater Fishing Report

The Jeff is starting to drop, visibility is nearly 2 feet. Fishing should be good using big dark bugs near the bottom, and mayfly imitations just off the bank where the clearest water is. As the water clears and drops, action will improve using the smaller nymphs, such as bead headed prince, and hares ears, etc.
