San Juan River - Freshwater Fishing Report

New Fishing Report

Hello everybody, good news the San Juan River is fishing awesome. This last week has been lots of big healthy tough fighting fish. The river flow is around 540-550 cfs. The fish are eating midges in the am and beatis in the pm. The whole river is fishing great. Rising fish in the am on midge clusters, and fish gulping beatis in afternoon.

UPPER FLATS TO TEXAS HOLE: Fishing has been good in the braids and the upper flats water. The main channel is still being over fished. . The river flow increase helped this area, and the braid’s.. The bottom line about fishing the main channel is be prepared too share. It is always crowed any more..
