Redfish are still biting strong, Carolina Beach Inshore Fishing

Capt. Robert Schoonmaker
March 6, 2011
Carolina Beach - Saltwater Fishing Report

We have been having great success with the redfish inshore all winter. The warmer weather has started to scatter the fish, which is a sign spring is close. We have had to cover a lot of ground but the fish are more agressive and fighting harder. Most of the fish we have caught are on gulp alive shrimp, minnows, and crabs. The strike king minnows and cajun ho-ho have been working well when searching for the fish. Remember to have fun and enjoy your day on the water, catching fish is a bonus. If you want to get in on this great action give me a call at 910-264-1807.
