More Dorado, Wahoo, But Big YFT's Rule !

Capt. Bob Baker
August 10, 2016
Boca Chica - Saltwater Fishing Report

There has been an increase in dorado landings in our area, with some big bulls coming in. Bait is the answer. Also, WAHOO catches have also gone up, from all reports.
These increased numbers should remain high, as water conditions are excellent, and small baits are feeding and growing.
The big news, though, remains the great opportunities for some wild YELLOW FIN TUNA angling. My favorite area is between Isla Ladrones and the reef off Isla Montuosa. Lots of fish, and some real cows !

Also, our area just across the border, in Costa Rica, is also seeing an increase in dorado landings, coupled with some great YFT's ! Send us a mail, or call me @ 506-8423-4552, and I'll get you hooked up !
Good Fishing ! Cap'n Bob
