Boca Chica - Saltwater Fishing Report
Along with all the other great fishing news out there, we're receiving reports now of increased WAHOO catches.
This happens every year when the winter rains begin, and fresh, cool water trickles into the salt. These are a trend ous sport fish, and we welcome their return/ arrival.
BLUE AND BLACK MARLIN continue to tear up baits and gear, an TUNA, both yellowfin and bigeye, are chasing live baits, plastics , cast surface poppers, and deep butterfly jigs.
Sailfish are still around in good numbers and flies, trolled baits and plastics , will get you on them.
Be sure to bring a lightweight rain suit along in your duffle .

Reports from Costa Rica are very good also. Inshore fishing is great in both areas, for a large array of species.
