Smallmouth Bass are Heating Up

Capt. Dave Shindler
March 8, 2009
Susquehanna River - Freshwater Fishing Report

The River is beginning to fish very well. Numbers are getting good and the quality is as good as it can be. We are catching healthy 3-4 lb Smallmouth as well as Walleye up to 6 lbs, and the occasional Musky.

Tubes and Jerkbaits are getting the majority of the action, and as the water warms the faster moving baits will start to work as well.

I still have a couple days open in March, April and May. Please call or Email for available dates.
