Fajardo - Saltwater Fishing Report
Saludos from the Island Of Enchanment.
Great weather after Isaac and Long period swells and south winds due to Leslie.
First of all I will like to correct the report of the Cangrejos Yacht Club Blue Marlin Tournament last week. The Official report is:
32 boats, 12 fish tag and released for tournament records, 3 fish tipped and lost at the gunwell. Between all boats around 80 more fish were reported between the ones that were teased/no bite, Knock downs, Pull the hooks and the ones that never bite.
This week the fishing was mostly Mixed bag. Cudas, Jacks, Skip jacks, King fish and many boats are starting to report Mahis.
The rain and rivers have left many floaters. So currents are having mahis.
Everybody looking forward for the IBT 59 that runs from Sept 23-30 and the Club deportivo del oeste Blue marlin Tournament Oct 5-7.
This moon is going to be hot hot hot.
