Canyon Lake - Freshwater Fishing Report

Water mostly clear; 68 degrees; 1018.28'

Largemouth are good along drop offs and points in 3'-8' using a white-chartreuse Terminator (www.terminatorlures.com) tungsten spinnerbait, 1/4 oz. Bleeding Shad Rat-L-Traps (www.rat-l-trap.com)

3" smoke grubs and watermelon-red Whacky Sticks (www.cremelure.com).

Striped Bass are good under birds at midlake trolling 1/2 oz. Hyper Striper jigs (www.kgenterprise.com), using Red Fins and plastic swim baits.
