Canyon Lake - Freshwater Fishing Report

Canyon Lake: Water gin clear; 69 degrees; 909.78':
Largemouth are very good to 8 pounds along breaklines of flats in 3'-8'on albino-blue soft jerkbaits, pumpkin-green Snap Back tubes and pumpkin-
chartreuse Ring Worms.
Smallmouth and Guadalupe Bass to 3.5 pounds are good in 8-20 feet on rootbeer-green flake curl tail grubs, smoke-red Snap Back tubes and silver 4 inch Ring Worms.
White Bass are fair on Spoiler Shads, live minnows and 1/8 oz. Road Runners.
Crappie are good to 12 inches in 3-8 feet of water on live minnows, blue-chartreuse 1/16 oz. Tube Jigs and chartreuse Curb's crappie jigs.

White bass are fair to good under birs on 2 inch Spoiler Shads (www.cremelure.com)Bleeding Shad Tiny Traps (www.rat-l-trap.com) and white curl tail grubs.
Crappie are good in 3-5 feet on blue-chartreuse 1/32 oz. Tube Jigs, white or chartreuse Curb's crappie jigs and live minnows.
