Southshore Tampa Bay Flats Fishing School

Captain Chet Jennings, one of Tampa Bay's Premiere full time guides, and Capt. Fred Everson, author of Catch Snook! will conduct a four hour fishing school at the USF fish hatchery and NOAA weather station on 24th St. Southeast in Ruskin. The four hour course is information intensive, and covers the basics of learining to fish the flats. Topics include tackle selection, bait catching, tides and weather, and how to fish for the variety of fish caught on Tampa Bay's South Shore, season by season. Cost of the course is $40 per person.
