The seemingly unstoppable march towards new regulations on Florida boaters easily cleared yet another hurdle yesterday…

Despite outcries from boaters, a federal judge Tuesday approved an agreement between federal wildlife officials and environmentalists that will lead to new speed zones to protect manatees.
