Hey everyone, I was out fishing last night from shore around the Clearwater Beach, Florida area. My buddy and I got into some real nice spotted seatrout and I was wondering if anyone had a good recipe for me?? All recipes would be greatly appreciated.

  1. Place the fillet on a large piece of aluminum foil.
  2. Brush the fillet with a little olive oil and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. Cover the fillet with onions, zucchini, garlic, carrots, parsley – or whatever you like.
  4. Fold the foil to create an airtight pouch and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes depending on the size the fillets.

Thanks

Do you think there is anyway to fry them. If so what kind of ingredients should I use in the batter?? How do you tempura batter??? By the way thanks for the foil recipe. We ate about half of our filets. We added onions, garlic, carrotts, salt and pepper, paprika, and a hint of brown sugar. They turned out great!! Thanks topangler!!
