A nice 'Go-To' rod

I'm a little stumped between these two rods that i will be using as my all around Go-To rod. They both look very nice and feel light weight and balanced when held with my reel attached, prices are about the same on both rods I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their experiences with both of these rods in order to help with my final decision :D the first rod is the Penn legion inshore spinning rod 7ft, 12-20Lb line and the second rod is a
Star Rods seagis spinning rod 7ft, 6-14lb line, fast action with a full cork grip
