Problems Logging In?

Postby RudyGomez » Sat Mar 19, 2011 6:40 pm

We recently made a few changes that may make it difficult to login to CyberAngler's Forum or Photo Gallery. This problem is easy to resolve, you just need to reset your cookies. Here are the instructions:

1. Use this link to, "Delete all board cookies".

2. After deleting your cookies, return to CyberAngler's Main Forum page (http://www.cyberangler.com/forum) and login to reset your cookies

That's it...

If this does not solve your login problem, please Contact Us, or call us toll free 1-866-948-4835 for further assistance.

Follow-Up...

Just received an email from a user that said the above instructions did NOT work for him. Instead, he went into his Browser's Options and Deleted All Cookies, and then he was able to log on.

If anyone needs further assistance, please contact me.

Update #2

Just spoke to another user that was unable to login. They used the "Delete All Cookies" link above, but that did NOT resolve their problem. They then accessed their browser's options, found where the individual cookies were listed, and manually deleted all CyberAngler cookies (cookies were listed under "cyberangler.com"). This solved their problem and they were able to login.
