12/16/2003 -- Fish On! Lures receives US Patent #6,662,487 "Artificial Fishing Lure with Resilient Core".
The new patented Spine Eel lure is a soft plastic imitation eel lure. It is being produced and sold by Fish On Lures. The Spine Eel includes a special reinforcing member that prevents hook tear out while casting and fighting fish.
The special segmented body design gives the Spine Eel improved action even during slow retrieves. Use for surf fishing, trolling or jigging and while fighting stripers, cobia, bluefish, tarpon, tuna, musky, largemouth bass or other saltwater and freshwater predators.
