Speckled Trout in Bisayne Bay?
Posted: Mon Jan 08, 2007 10:59 pmAnyone know if the Specs are biting in the bay this time of the year? I usually go just north of the Julia Tutle Causeway and float the flats in a Kayak poping DOAs and white soft plastics. Any update would be helpful. Thanks.
