I target them out of boca inlet in early spring--Live baiting is definitly the way to go. Start trolling just before sunrise and if you cont have anything by 930, you probally wont.
next time wear your Habana Joe's, we won't have to see your toes... seriously though, nice fish. For those who don't know, Habana Joe was a the Surf Expo and had a nice stand--clothes like Polo or Tommy Hilfiger, however, with anglers in mind. good stuff.
