Los Suenos Costa Rica Roosterfish almost chokes to death

This fine specimen recently caught by one of our guests, about choked to Death on the Big Fat Blue Runner he inhaled! Fortunately after the mate removed this battered blue runner and exercised a brief Near shore Heimlich maneuver, the fish was safely released to be caught again.

The Blue runner was not so fortunate while no effort was made to revive him, he was given a proper burial at sea.




The Rooster bite is hot this month and traditionally stays that way through September. While they are always here, they do bite more aggressively during certain times of the year![/img][/url]
