SW FLA info request.

This is my first trip to this site. I will be heading to Punta Gorda early in November to fish somewhere in that hugh area. Will be bringing my kayak to get around with, but perfer to wade while fishing. I fish the Sarasota area a couple of times a year, but I sure could use some info on the general Charlotte Harbor area. Namely, it would be good to narrow down the search with a few good regions to concentrate on, and to have any lure choice and/or technique tips for the area.
In an effort not to ask empty handed, will be glad to offer in exchange simmular assistance for anyone that plans to fish anywhere on the Texas Coast.
