Fishing at Grayton Beach at Christmas

Postby Jerry » Tue Oct 28, 2003 6:27 pm

I will have a cabin at Grayton Beach for several days just after Christmas.
Can anyone tell me how the fishing might be that time of year. I will not have a boat, but will have a kayak rigged for fishing.

Thanks,

- Jerry

Jerry;

I "beach launch" my charter boat at grayton a lot and see lots of fish in the surf. Unfortunately there isn't a lot happening at Cristmas time right on the beach. Don't despair, Grayton is on a big brackish lake, lots of trout, redfish-black bass up in the north end. Your kayak will be perfect.
