Jim Laperouse and Keno Rogers joined me today for another great day of trout catching. We enjoyed another great day of weather and calm seas. The water has really cleaned up and the fish are hungry!!! The guys had a blast slinging in the yellow-mouths two at a time on the tandem rigged plastics. Only 4 fish were caught on minnows today. The day did start off slow, but as the day progressed so did the bite. I had a hunch where some trout might be and it surely paid off, as the ole honey hole produced again. Today the trout averaged 14 - 20 inches. It sure was nice to have a breeze today!! We all had a great time on the boat today, many laughs and jokes. They can't wait for their next trip Down Dularge!!!! Thanks again guys for a great time.
