Fishing Magician Charters
Today I had Brad Dutruch from Baton Rouge. I picked Brad and his guests up from Danny Miremont's camp in Shell Beach around 1:00pm. The guys had a duck hunt this morning, in the Delacroix area. They did kill a few birds, and then wanted to catch some fish. It was a pretty evening until the fog rolled back in.
The guys managed to catch their limit of 100 speckled trout, 1 black drum, 1 red fish, and 3 sheepshead, before it got too dark to see the corks.
It is always a pleasure to fish with Brad and his guests. The guys are trying their luck at duck hunting again in the morning. All fish were caught in the Biloxi Marsh, while fishing 2' under a popping cork using Campo's live shrimp.
I spoke to my good friend Bill McCrary about his trip. He said that he and his wife put a spanking on the trout again today. They caught their limit of 50 speckled trout this morning.
