Sunday Trout 7-12-09

Double baby redfish (12 inches)
Ted, Polly, and Clint Scurlock joined me Sunday morning for some trout action. We were greeted with another slick calm gulf and pristine green water, but only one trout at our first stop. Made a couple moves and found what we were looking for. Everyone had the trout coming in on almost every cast. Schools of Spanish Mackeral were tearing up the water all around us as we were busting the trout. When the bite played out we went take a ride in search for more. We fished several other locations picking 1-5 trout up here and there. No limits today but my crew were persistent and ended up with a nice box of trout. Tand em rigged bayou chubs did the damage as usual. It was as pleasure fishing with you guys, thank you.
