Scotty's Guide Service is based on the Umpqua system. We operate out of either drift boats or power boats. We fish year round for Salmon, Steelhead, Bass, and Shad. We use both conventional spinning gear and Fly Gear. We fish on the Umpqua, Coquille, Rogue, Elk, and Sixes rivers. Scott has been a licensed guide in Oregon and Alaska since he was 18.

Fly fishing for Brown Trout consistantly 18-22" year round on the beautiful Owyhee River, 50 miles from Boise. Dry fly fishing for Steelhead in the fall, smallmouth during July & August, and winter steelheading in February and March on the magnificant Grande Ronde River. We offer several different fishing trips. We guide the Deschutes River from May through November where we do 1 to 5 day float trips. In the March and April we do day trips on the Owyhee River for big brown trout. Lastly we do day floats from December through April chasing winter steelhead on the Sandy River just outside Portland OR.
