Sept 13, 14 and 15th Dave Payjack of Seawest Fishing Adventures reports, "I had the
pleasure of taking out Paul and Joanne Gevatkoff on Sept 13,14,15. The goal was to
catch a 100 lb fish and what a good job they did of fighting this monster sized
Halibut weighing in at 163 lbs in total, 5 foot 8 inches tall, we also caught 5
other Halibut 46 lb and less, some huge Red Snapper, nice sized Ling Cod, over
thirty Dungeness Crab, about a gallon of Prawns, some Rock Cod and a couple of
feeder Salmon. We spent the night at Wewhanni hotspings and everyone sure enjoyed a
soak in the tub. Joanne is the newest addition to our Sea West Fishing Charters
"HALI 100 Club" and she also has the biggest fish so far. Congratulations Joanne
