December Fishing Tampa Bay and Clearwater

We fished nearshore and inshore all month long and have done remarkably well. I have to admit when the wind blew and there was literally inches of water I did not do well but when the tide turned and came back in it was on fire! Snook, Redfish, Trout, Jack Crevalle, Sheepshead, Snapper, Mackerel, Lady Fish, Flounder. There were two days where there was no water and the afternoon bite was awesome! So just make your plans and book incoming tides. Or High outgoing tides. Dead low and the turn is pretty slow to slowish!
