Entrance to Kelly Park Basin

The entrance to Kelly Park Basin, a popular boat ramp on Merritt Island. Florida was being battered by high wind and waves. Flood waters from Tropical Storm Fay were above the wooden seawall that ptotects the entrance. The water has actually mover up and over the seawall and into the park.
