Photo of the Week - Current Steelhead: Hi Noel, after getting some good action last week on the Kalum I couldn't resist a walk into some of my favorite spots. With the low water I was able to cross the river a couple of times for easy access to some good fishing. Walked several miles but it paid off as I landed a couple nice Steelhead and had a few other takes. Back skiing for a few more days but will be out fishing again next week. Both Steelhead were caught with my Ambassadeur http://www.purefishing.com 6500 C3, St. Croix 9 ft rod with 15 lb Maxima http://www.brecksinc.com/en/maxima.htm and a 3/16 oz Koho http://www.gibbsfishing.com spoon.
