She's a Fishing Monster

Here is another picture of my friend's 34 inside the mold, at the 8th day in the mold the Hi-density foam stringers system has been encapsulated with fiber glass laminates, the char coated fuel tanks have been installed and foamed-in with a 2.0" layer of foam all arround to minimise any stress and to avoid a tank from cracking, the bulk-heads have been added and the liner has been built on its separate mold, the next step is to insert and bond the liner on top of the hull while the hull is still inside the mold to maximize the best curing and bonding. She will stay for 12 days in the mold, Where with other manufacturers pop their hulls out every 24-48 hours. This boat has foam core and vacuum bagged sides, and the bottom of the hull has 22 layers of fiber glass biaxial and triaxial laminates; She starts to look a lot better next week as the cap and the console are rigged and installed on the boat. All Sea Vee's are built 100% hand laid and they use a resin spraying machine to transfer the chemicals in to the mold to ensure all chemicals are added at a perfect match.
The first completed pictures will be posted around the 31 of october when the initial sea trials begin the the vessel is taken to the Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show.
