Lay Lake Bass Guide Joey Nania Of Coosa River Guide Service

Capt. Jeremy Veitch
October 9, 2016
Lay Lake - Freshwater Fishing Report

The bass fishing on Lay lake has picked up everyday with the cooler weather finally moving in. We have had good numbers of fish being caught over the last week. Fish are starting to move up in the water column. There is some topwater action but the best is still a week or two away. Power fishing has produced good bags but not a lot of big fish biting still. Again it won't be long. If you have never fished Lay Lake, fall is one of my favorite times to do it. The topwater bite is hard to beat, keep checking back and I'll be posting when it on!
