The stocking truck finally arrived - I went out by myself on Wednesday morning to see if I could find any signs of life. My first cast netted a 12 lb. bluefish. Shad & Big Stripers - Alan Wolhstrom and crew continued their yearly BIG fish bonanza on Friday 7/02. Shad were biting until the sun brightened, then shut off completely. New schools of Bass are moving in - Lately we have seen changes in the size of the average fish being caught. We started out with 10-12 lb. fish with no sea lice on them.
