Quepos - Saltwater Fishing Report
Quepos Sailfishing Charters reports a fantastic close to February and March looks good as our anglers fishing today March 3 on Pez Espada was Robert Keith with his 3 teenage girls who reeled all 7 Sailfish in that they released. Clients on Blue Water II Stan & Laurie of Oregon had a Marlin on and released 2 Sailfish. Clients fishing on March 1 & 2 most returned with 7-10 Sailfish released all had two Dorado and clients Michael Eaton fishing Pez Espada fishing both offshore in the morning with 7 Sailfish and returned inshore for the girls to catch 2 Nice Sized Roosterfish. Christen Thonhoff fishing the Idra on Sunday Raised 10 Sails released 4 of them and had a nice sized Dorado. Most anglers returning with Dorado this past week after a bit of a slow down on the Dorado bite while the Marlin and Sailfish Bite was predominant.
Quepos Fishing Forecast:
The Dorado bite seems to back on after having slowed but we were not complaining as the Marlin were everywhere and lots of Sailfish.
