Quepos - Saltwater Fishing Report

After a fairly mild green season here, we at Quepos Fishing www.queposfishing.com are delighted to report that November has been some good fishing and a nice way to start our 2011/2012 season here in Quepos Costa Rica and surrounding Fishing Hot Spots. Call today to book your "Catch of a Lifetime" with QueposFishing at 1-800-603-0015 We have had some nice Marlin reports. Scott and Wendy Mantell raised and hooked what Captain Rafa and Crew claim to be an 800 lb. Black Marlin on Tuesday of this week. He broke the line after just 5 minutes which was the Marlins way of showing who was going to prevail in that fight. Probably a good thing. The had 2 Dorado hooked and 1 to the 35' Express for Dinner. Ron and Heather Helm started out their first day with a 300 lb. Marlin release,

followed by 1 Dorado and 2 Sailfish releases.

Day 2 produced 2 Dorado, For the month clients have had a nice mix of Marlin, Sailfish, Dorado and Yellowfin Tuna, some of the fleet with lots of Amberjacks as well. Phil Kreger and his wife had a nice day with lots of Dorado
