Rio Colorado - Saltwater Fishing Report
Summer tends to be a quite, slower fishing time for the Barra del Colorado area, but this August the fishing is fantastic.....In just 2 days, 5 anglers have had 83 Tarpon in the air, and brought 23 to the boat. They are also catching Jacks and Snook...It is a great time to take advantage of special rates for tarpon fishing at Rio Colorado Lodge.
Rio Colorado Fishing Forecast:
From now through the next few months we expect the fishing to just get better....Usually the big Snook run happens September with anglers surf casting, and the tarpon fishing justs gets better and better....
