The locals are fishing the surf, catching nice 7 - 14 lb. snook for the dinner table! The ocean has been mirror flat, and the river also nice and smooth.

Rio Colorado Fishing Forecast:

September typically is a fantastic month for tarpon fishing, with some nice snook in the mix. The weather should be nice, with mostly sunny days, some clouds, and an occassional rain shower.
