Capt. Carl Ball
July 27, 2009
Biscayne Bay - Saltwater Fishing Report

Flats fishing in Biscayne Bay continues to be productive for bonefish and permit. Jason Joseph from Austin Texas started off the week by catching two 9 lb bonefish and a 10 lb permit.

Target Species:

bonefish, permit, tarpon, sharks

More Fishing Reports:

I specialize in both bait and fly fishing for bonefish, permit, tarpon, snook and shark. My area of guiding expertise extends from the northern reaches of the Florida Keys to Miamiís Biscayne Bay and the waterways of Fort Lauderdale. Depending on your preference, Key Biscayne in Miami gives the angler the best opportunity to catch a variety of species, whereas in Fort Lauderdale, the focus is more on live baiting for tarpon, jack crevalle and barracuda.
