Chokoloskee - Saltwater Fishing Report

Fishing 11 threw the 17th
Report Date: October 17, 2010
We've had great weather this past week, not surprising for this time of year.
Their pleanty of Trout, Reds when you can find them in the stained water,Tarpon are free jumping all around the Gulfside.
We spent a few days in the backcountry catching small snook, trout and jumped a couple tarpon.
Tides this week are good for split day charters for tarpon and snook, but mainly Tarpon.
This week I fished Jay,Aden, Ray,Bob and Jurg Maurer.
They all caught fish, only 1 really big ovesize snook wile jigging for trout, maybe a dozen reds, and pleanty of trout,& mackeral.
The Tarpon, during the day, are under the mullet feeding,we got lucky only a few times, but we all had a blast.
Tight LInes,
