Destin - Saltwater Fishing Report
Well, fall fishing is here and the bite is exactly what I expected. We are still using live bait but have been catching more than half on artificial lures.
We caught these bulls using exude grubs in about 10-15 ft of water.
These reds and trout were taken on a combination of live mullet and topwater lures.
On a scouting trip today with a buddy of mine we found some extraordinarily hungry redfish and caught a 6 lb and a 5 lb on one lure!!!
Destin Fishing Forecast:
As long as we can keep the hurricanes away the fishing wil just continue to get hotter and hotter! The flounder bite should be picking up real soon as well.
