sheepshead and redfish

Capt. Brian Keith
March 14, 2013
Destin - Saltwater Fishing Report

some sheepshead are still being caught in and around the Destin east pass using live shrimp and crabs alot of people are using oysters they are shucking off pilings which is a better bite but I do believe you spoil them roten using oysters, I do not use golden croakers for redfish they will eat anything I call croakers magic bait there are not needed and it just spoils the bite for anyone else fishing in the area, oh well such is the toils and tribulations of fishing in the Destin east pass the misquito fleet is growing and the bay fish are shrinking in numbers and size CPR boys CPR let them live make babies so we can catch them again. They cannot breed in your freezer all right enough bitching for today had to vent. Don't catch your limit limit your catch.

Destin Fishing Forecast:

with the water temps warming the spanish should be showing up soon cobia as well tight lines
