Destin - Saltwater Fishing Report

Redfish are starting to chew on the falling tide northwest of the main channel at the Destin bridge finfish or large live shrimp are working. Also Cobia are starting to make there presence known, alot of fish are being seen and caught just south of the Destin east pass at the ambush point just east and south of the roll down.Sheepshead are slowing down I think the reason for that is they have been pounded by everyone, and not many fish in Destin that come over the gunwhale of a boat live to tell about it, which is unfortunate. We must learn to limit our catch not catch our limit, to sustain our inshore fishery.

Destin Fishing Forecast:

Pompano is our next targeted species it schould be good.
