Great fishing for weeks!

Capt. Greg Stamper
September 30, 2016
Estero Bay - Saltwater Fishing Report

We'll fishings been absolutely great for the last two weeks now. Tarpon of all sizes can be found both in the backcountry of Estero bay and along our beaches from redfish pass to North Naples. Red fishing has been excellent regardless of tides, with some fish pushing the slot size with no problem. Fish are now starting to be found in groups and if you can get shallow you'll have plenty of chances with tailing redfish throughout Pine Island. Snook are still cruising the beaches as massive schools of bait continue their voyage South. Triple tail, cobia, bonita, and mackerel are just a few species plentiful in our nearshore waters. Keeping an eye on what's around as you run places can pay off big, as we caught a 20lb triple tail this week cruising South along with the schools of baitfish. That's what's up, Tight lines Capt Greg
