Flamingo - Saltwater Fishing Report

Today I am part of a 3 boat trip with 5 adults and 4 kids, Baily, Marty,Lacey and Isa. I have the 22 foot Pathfinder so I volunteered to take the 4 kids. I had stopped at Dons bait and tackle and Ashley gave me some great Shrimp. On the first stop 3 of the 4 kids got tangled up together but after that we got on track and caught a bunch of fish. The next stop produce a bunch of small Snook and a few Snapper and Lacey was the fish leader after that. The next spot was really interesting everyone seemed to catch something good especially Isa, she caught a 30 inch Redfish which weighed 9 lb.s. The Trout,Snapper and Snook kept coming and we used every one of those Shrimp. By the end of the day we had about 10 Snook,1 Redfish, 20 Snappers, 10 Jacks and 6 Trout all of this in less than 4 hours by kids between 10 and 12 yrs old. This was a good trip to end the year!
