Everglades Fishing Report

Capt. Jason Sullivan
August 8, 2017
Flamingo - Saltwater Fishing Report

It has been a hot summer so far down here, weather and fishing! There has been a good number of tarpon in the 20-40lb class and most days they have been pretty aggressive if you can find them early. We have been launching almost an hour before the sun is up and have been rewarded big time for it. We have caught them on fly and plugs over the last few weeks. Once we come off this full moon, some bigger tarpon should up along with some good numbers of snook. Over the next few weeks is a really great time to fish the Everglades. Lack of boats and a lot of good fishing! I got some great photos to share that were taken recently from a couple of great guys that fished with me this past week. Hope you enjoy!

Give me a call or email to get out on the water. Should be some great fishing over the next few weeks.

Thanks!
