Flamingo Fishing Report

Capt. Jason Sullivan
July 14, 2014
Flamingo - Saltwater Fishing Report

It's hard to beat The Everglades in July. The chance to catch tarpon, redfish, and snook is not uncommon. The tailing redfish continues to be as good as it gets. We are getting multiple shots at those fish. There has been plenty of times over the last few weeks that we have had baby tarpon, snook, and tailing redfish all on the same flat. I don't think there is another place in the world that you can experience that.

We have been both fly fishing and spin fishing and had lots of success with both. We have had lots of backcountry slams with the fly rod and spin rod, which on fly, is not an easy feat.

Give me a call to get out and experience this awesome fishery we have in South Florida.

Tight Lines,
