Flamingo - Saltwater Fishing Report

Greetings.
Over the past few charters we've been able to find many Snook, some scattered Redfish and good quantities of Tripletail! On a recent trip John and I came across an excellent Snook bite! I targeted moving water, near down structure- while there, we threw Gulp shrimp, Soft Plastics and in some instances natural baits! Each of these was paired with 20 lb POWERPRO braid, 40 lb Floru leader and 1/4 oz jigs.. Jonh and I were pleased to find many Snook (15 +) very near the slot, guiding him to his first and PB Snook in the Flamingo Everglades. The triple tail have also showed, in some instances in world class numbers! We've targeted the open gulf waters, near structure- mostly navigation aides! We are definitely excited for the Triple tail and are pleased to have found them so early in the season..
There are many exciting things happening for us here at A2 Charters, including new sponsorships, fishing in South America, the mid-west and many other blessings! Having said that, our first open day is May25th! Contact us, we'd love to have you!
Tight lines!
