Fort Lauderdale - Saltwater Fishing Report

Business is good, weather has been good and the fishing is good as well. Lots of good. Typical summer weather for our fishing charters in Ft. Lauderdale, and typical catches as well. Often a chance of a shower every day now, most pass quickly. Very few tough days offshore now as the fishing has held essentially very steady. Seeing the majority of our catches happening within 500 feet of water depth. Back and forth across the edge has been producing Kings, Tuna and Bonito with large summer Barracudas piling on. Some Sailfish and Mahi-Mahi have been in the area but not every day, but we continue to pick away at both species. Some Sharks around most days and an encounter with them seems to be on every kids list and many parents too. The current has been reasonable and that allows us to have many options and also fish deeper wrecks.
